- Property details you submit if you're inquiring about selling a home
- If you sign in with Google, your name, email address, and profile photo as provided by Google
How We Use Your Information
- To create and maintain your account, and keep your saved listings available across your devices
- To connect you with Karen Ginnett or Patricia Sanchez Darby regarding homes you're interested in or a property you'd like to sell
- To send you a one-time sign-in code by email, and a welcome email when you create an account
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our forms, including by phone or text if you've provided consent
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
SMS & Text Messaging Communications
If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages (for example, through our seller inquiry form), you agree to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry, including scheduling and follow-up about a potential home showing or listing appointment.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to opt into text messaging to use our site or work with our agents.
- Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and any scheduling needed.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- To opt out of text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You'll receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.

Automated Calls
If you submit our seller inquiry form, an assistant may follow up by phone call to help schedule a time to discuss your property, using the phone number you provide. You can ask to be removed from future follow-up at any time during that call, or by contacting us using the information below.

We work with a small number of trusted service providers to operate this site and respond to your inquiries — for example, secure data storage, workflow automation, and appointment scheduling and follow-up. These providers are only permitted to use your information to help us deliver the services described in this policy.
